DAY 0

Prior to your client starting their 3 Day Trial, you will want to set up their Day 0 Appointment, which includes their wellness profile + weighing & measuring, and providing to them their 3 Day Trial Welcome Packet. This can be sent via email or text. 

At the end of the profile, set up DAY 1 of when they will start their 3 Day Trial. (*recommended, start on a Monday.)   

WELLNESS PROFILE

Practice & master the process of completing a wellness evaluation. Evaluations can be performed in person, over the phone, or on your GoHerbalife website. Treat each wellness profile as an appointment with your customer. Schedule a time & location to meet. In person & video call evaluations are highly recommended, as this builds the foundation of your relationship with your customer.  Wellness evaluations contribute to supportive yet professional relations with your clients & help to identify their physical & nutrition health goals.  

*tip: The wellness profile is a valuable tool in inviting someone to a 3 Day Trial or becoming a Preferred Member
