"For things to change, you have to change. For things to get better, you have to get better." -Jim Rohn

Take a moment to put your aspirations on paper, specifying who you want to BE, what you want to DO, and what you want to HAVE in the next 3, 6, 12 months, and beyond. Don't set limits; let your mind dream freely. Share these goals with your Coach for real accountability and to align your plan with achieving them.

Consider creating a Vision Board to solidify your aspirations. Now that you've outlined your goals, it's time to define your WHY – the driving force behind your ambitions. Your WHY should evoke emotion; it's what injects passion into your endeavors. Discovering your team's WHY is equally important for effective support.

Your WHY matters greatly to your Coach. Share it now for a more impactful coaching journey!

A word from our founder, Mark Hughes

Hear from the Philosopher, Jim Rohn

Mark Hughes, the visionary founder of Herbalife, was a trailblazer in the world of nutrition and wellness. Born in 1956, Hughes displayed an early entrepreneurial spirit and an unwavering commitment to helping others achieve optimal health.

In 1980, he founded Herbalife with a mission to improve people's lives through better nutrition. Hughes was driven by a personal passion for healthy living and a belief in the transformative power of quality nutrition. Herbalife, under his guidance, became a global phenomenon, offering a range of products designed to support weight management, fitness, and overall well-being.

His emphasis on simplicity, affordability, and the potential for individuals to improve their lives through proper nutrition laid the foundation for Herbalife's success.

Tragically, Mark Hughes passed away in 2000 at the age of 44. Despite his untimely departure, his legacy lives on in the millions of lives touched by Herbalife products and the global community of distributors who continue to carry forward his vision of making the world a healthier place.

Mark Hughes' entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to well-being continue to inspire those in the Herbalife family and beyond.
